At PILLOWS PLUS HOME DECOR, LLC, we believe every decorative pillow should bring comfort and style to your living space. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, we're here to help.

Return Period

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your package.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

Be clean and unused.
Include original packaging whenever possible.
Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

For health and hygiene reasons, pillows that have been heavily used or washed cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

After your returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
